Every piece is a testament to timeless design, skilled craftsmanship, and enduring love. To honour this promise, we offer our warranty of 1 year on all Illuminate pieces.
Warranty covered
•Manufacturing defects in setting, polish or structure
•Accidental breakage of chain, claps issue .
•Loss / breakage of minor beads pearls , stones or fittings .
What’s not covered in warranty
•Broken stone / glass/ or detachment of any part from the whole piece due to drop or force.
•Tarnish due to sweat, Perfumes or moisture exposure .
•Loss of lustre of stones due to scratch with other Jewellery or prolonged use
•Lost or stolen jewellery
•Any repair work done outside, Illuminate
.No warranty is provided for Sarees/ Apparel.
Post-Warranty support
Even after your war ends, we are still happy to help you here .
You can avail unpaid repair service for your older Illuminate pieces, depending on the extent of damage and availability of materials.

The company will borne the shipping charge only during the return time .
